Engine hesitating

I have a '94 JGC Limited with the 5.2L engine. I have had issues with the engine hesitating when taking off from a stop after it has ran for about 25 miles. It does it most when it is about 80 degrees or hotter outside, I hardly ever run the A/C but was told it is vapor locking and running the A/C will stop this. I had tried that yesterday and of course it did not help. Check engine light does not come on, so I know it is no need to have a scanner/reader hooked up to it. My ideas and thoughts are, clogged injectors, fuel filter, needs the throttle body cleaned, or a something like the TPS is going bad but no codes? Pretty sure it has to be in the fuel delivery. Oh, vehicle runs excellent most of the time with this not happening all the time though. At low speeds(40 or less)it seems to have the same hesitation or jerky feeling to it but not at good highway speeds(40 and higher, no issues at 80).
