Huge Plans For My 2001 Dodge Neon!!!! Want Opinions/reviews

I currently am saving my money so to work on my 2001 dodge neon...the parts list so far is as follows, this is all I can afford anytime soon so thats why its all cheap shit...if anyone has any comments about the parts on the list good and bad please tell me, I have never modded a newish car before...

Pacesetter Monza cat-back performance exhaust
Pacesetter header
Matrix coil-over kit (the ass end of the car sits to damn high)
AEM cold air intake
Crane sport compact cam (pretty mild)
Taylor ThunderVolt Plug Wires
MSD sport compact coil

Other shit for cosmetic purposes...

Carbon fiber hood
Auto Ventchade headlight covers
GT styling blackout tailight covers
Rims from tirerack.com dont know which ones but 17x7.5'' (black paint or gunmetal)
APC Pedal Set (aluminum yay)

Cheap Stereo...
Lightning Audio 10'' 750 watt subs
Pioneer 760 watt 2-channel amps
Duel in-dash multimedia (7.5'' flip monitor...)
(there will be 4 subs powered by 2 of the amps)

The only downfall to customizing a car! I have to go cheap cause uh, well, most of you guys know how that goes...s-tag

Somehow I have to come up with 4 grand to do what I want to the dang car

Well from what i read and heard the pacesetter header is not very good, the haeder ports don't match up very well with the stock head. The crane cam is not a bad choice but once agin you might have better luck with the Mopar Performance cam which they seel over the counter and is based on the 95 Neon cam, Probably cheaper than the Crane. As for the Msd compact coil once again not going do much if your engine is for the most part stock, will help if you plan to run a turbo or another power adder. Also with all the sound equipment in your car you are adding extra weight that will offset your gains. Just my opinon (Engine Swap)
