Brake Light Warning On - 99 Lumina - HELP!

History: Alternator and battery were replaced three days ago at local dealership. Immediately our back end started making this grinding noise - probably struts. On the 2nd day after picking up vehicle from dealership, the brake warning light went on and has stayed on since. Brakes are operating fine, fluid level is fine and emergency brake doesn't appear to be engaged. I've read somewhere that replacing the battery may have set off a sensor and that the engine scanner needs to be erased. Does that sound like it could be the issue? HELP

Re: Brake Light Warning On - 99 Lumina - HELP!

ABS light or Brake light?

Struts don't grind, they clunk, squeak, and grunt.

Sounds like you had a wheel speed sensor fall out of place and get ate up or something like that...

Describe this grinding sound better...
