well im not sure about your laws, but when i got pulled over in CA, i was told that any aftermarket modification isnt legal. the only reason the hid systems are legal on those cars is because they come that way from the manufacture.

if you want some, try hiper industries. they dont have a distinct blue tint, but they look nice and are far from stock.

i definitely agree on the hiper industries headlights, i have had them in my del Sol for 2+ years and they are perfect, never had a problem. i also have them in my new accord but not for as long, but they are definitely the bluest aftermarket headlights that i have seen. i am not sure about how legal they are but i have never had a problem in all that time here in pennsylvania.

oh and about that legality issue, they probably are illegal, but unless its the end of the month and the cop is pissed off he wont waste his time. btw, all bulbs i have purchased say "for offroad use only". if you want a brighter light, buy a pair of 9005 bulbs. all you have to do is trim the inside tabs and one of the outside ones so it will lock onto the harness properly.

Lights

Wuz up yung !!! I just put some blue lights on my 97 Accord and they turned out a good blue color. The brand I used was Silverstar, but they are not gonna be as blue or bright as a BMW because you don't have and HID system which makes them brighter, but they will give ya light a bluish white shade. Hit my page up in a few days and I'll have some pics up there so u can see what i'm talkin about.

if u want to see the same lighting that the BMW's or S2000's have, then get HID's. most nice euro cars come with them stock, but they are sooooo sweet as a mod. as soon as i get my car actually quick, then imma get them. 100 percent legal, and they look better then any bulbs out there.

T C,
Checked eBay for "hyper industries" and cannot get any listings or results. How long did the bulbs last? Need it for my 91 Accord, and need one that's proven not to melt any wirings. Purchased a pair from "bulbwarehouse" and they look good but lasted less than a year. They have a lifetime warranty but good luck in getting any reply from them, now listed on eBay as"not a registered user".

thats because its hiper, not hyper. check these out. and just because theyre cheap, dont buy them... sometimes they sell the bulbs for hella cheap but the shipping is like $10.

i had some plasma idustries and they totally sucked. the light was blue and nice but on a wet road i couldn't see shit. i got a pair of the sylavany cool blues. they are just white and i can see everything on the road, and they did not drill big holes in my pocket either. $10 piece

if u want white bright and with a bluish tint, i'd say go for raybrigs. they cost more than these other conventional brands, but they look much better. i'm running cheap ass eurolite's on my 'cord right now, and when i compare them to my buddy's piaa's, the piaa's are much brighter, but costing around a hundred more.
but mine are blue since i have a couple of blue bulbs running right under the H4 bulb in my lense, and where i live, i haven't been pulled over yet. but if u want something good, raybrig is the way to go.
