95 Contour Electrical

Having electrical troubles with a 95 Ford Contour V6 2.5

Was previously unable to get license plate lamps or reverse lights to work. Was unable to get any power coming to these units. I ended up splicing off of a hot line to get power to rear of vehicle.

Now I noticed that dashboard lamps and cigarette lighter do not have power either and I have a feeling these are all related. Have pulled every fuse from vehicle from fuse box and under hood and nothing is blown. No broken lines or signs of corrosion. Please offer any suggestions that you can, Thanks.
