Im lovin my new maxima but the only drawback to me with it is the weight issue. what do some of you do to solve the weigth problem...other than that im lovin the car

Maxima's aren't even that heavy, they undercut most all the competitors in weight. (Avalon, Diamante, Passat) And if you do feel it's too heavy, get a few mods and you'll be good to go.

gotta go on a diet first
get a y pipe, reduce lotta weight, i think the OEM is like 70 lbs and the cattman is 13 lbs on the 4th gen. Wheels are nice if you can afford some volks, take out the spare wheel if you dont mind..(put it back in on long trips) Carbon fiber hood, maybe an all around new body kit made of fiberglass takes down the weight compared to polyurethane. Good LUCK!! and stay away from those fries! LOL
