jt EVO III front clip?

Anyone running the EVO III front clip on their 90-93? I was wondering if the clip drops the front end down farther than the rest of the body. The reason i ask is i really dont want to run the whole kit, just the front clip. I just want a clip that'll get the front of the car even with the rest of the body line without getting the skirts and rear bumper.

ive got the evo 4 bumper, mixed with an R34 bumper (just the holes by the lisc. plate), its custom i guess, haven't seen one yet, it looks like the "octane" kit most companies try to sell, anyways, doesn't the stock front bumper sit even with the rest of the car anyways? mine site about even with the bottom of my front mudflaps, so about 2-3 inches id say? not to mention ive got a healthy drop so i scrape here and there, but why buy a bumper if your scared to do some street cleaning?
