Help with front brake pad part number please

I have a 2003 T&C I am trying to put brakes on. What is the correct brake pads for the front? I bought Wearever Gold Brake Pads Part Number: MKD856. They don't fit. Am I supposed to modify these to fit or is there a different part number?
