ZC help again :)
hey. needed some help with the ZC again. My friend said that in addition to my collection of parts for my swap, i need a ZC half shaft. he said i couldn't buy it but that I could swipe it off an SI, or another ZC. a little info on this, if ya please. the boy is sometimes a little off, so i wanted some info from another source. thanks!
another question: does anyone know where i can find a schematic of the DX to ZC wire harness ditty? I've found written instructions but they're kinda lengthy and somtimes just plain jarbled. thanks again!

Hi There....
The only reason you would need a ZC halfshaft was if you are using a ZC tranny. The EASIEST solution is to use an Si tranny, or even a DX tranny, although you lose a little in the acceleration dept. since the DX has a taller final drive than either the Si or ZC trannies. If I can figure out how to attach this puppy, there should be a DPFI to MPFI diagram here \/ \/ \/

The info that Hasport puts up is BULLSHIT! The teg axles will work SOMETIMES. alot of the times they will pop and make all kinds of cool noises. I have the ZC trans and I had a set of axles MADE TO FIT it. I tried the crap that Hasport lists, but to no avail. Place racing makes a set of axles for that trans. If you email them at [email protected] they will get back to you. You cannot swap the halfshaft off an SI it will not work. You can try the 86-89 Integra shaft that the internet reccomends but it didnt work for me and it didnt work for one other guy in our club... ZCspeed.com is also a resource you should check out.
