clunk

I have a 1994 Land Cruiser. When I accelerate or let go of the gas at slow speeds, I hear a clunk. Any idea what this could be?

when you accelerate, the transmission shifts up, when you slow down it shifts down. i believe your problem might be one of your lower gears might be getting ready to go out. monitor it, if it starts to jerk or becomes louder or just starts acting funny, take it to a shop. hope this helps
