my camaro is studdering at idle and when i hit the gas. changed egr valve, plugs, wire, checked for vacum leaks and no help. mechanic told me that some valves must be loose. i dont trust him though...does that sound right?

Re: 95 camaro studdering

i had the same problem with my 94 v6, u could check driveshaft, differencial and trans fluid or the trans itself, the best think u could do is find a chevy dealer or a gm (goodwrench cert. is also good) and pay the $75..80.. or whatever price and have them check everything out, its even better to see if he is a master mechanic of gm cars and trucks....its hard, ive had mine for over a year and i have to put thousands into my camaro, and i bought it for 2 grand, so good luck to ya

Re: 95 camaro studdering

I had the exact same problem and I switched the plugs and cleaned/refilled the tranny fluid. Disappeared after that. Hope that helps.
