AC drain line

Can anybody tell me where the AC drain line is located at on a 96 Windstar? My passenger side carpet is wet and I cannot find the drain line under the car.

Re: AC drain line

I could be wrong.....but I think that it is on the firewall?
Would be under where the A/C lines go in through the firewall.

Re: AC drain line

I found what appears to be some type of drain line boot coming out of the firewall and put a vacum hose in it and cleaned it out but the carpet is still getting wet. Any suggestions?

Re: AC drain line

On some models the ac drain is covered by a foil heat shield ... making it difficult to find/see.

There is also an exposed firewall drain from the heater coil box ... don't let this confuse you.

Thanks for the help and I will check into that. Since I can't find it I bet it's covered up.
