2002 Avalanche E-brake adjustment

Does anyone know how to adjust the E-brake in this truck? The adjusters in the rotors are adjusted properly but the pedal goes right to the floor. It looks like there is an auto adjustment in the e-brake pedal but it's not engaging. If I pull on the cable under the truck the slack comes from the pedal end and springs back when I let go. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Re: 2002 Avalanche E-brake adjustment

Is there any wear left on the e-brake shoes?
