LED Wiper Lights

I got some LED wiper lights for my car...i am just not sure on how to hook the wiring up for the switch....they are APC.....anyone want to shed some light on me.

i got them. i hooked them up to my front marker lights. where u would put your clear lense. so they just turn on with your lights

ya but i wanna be able to turn them on and off with my switch i dont want the coppers to hassle me you know.

my advise would be to wire them up to a seperate swich ... i dont know what its like over in the US but the cops in the UK dont take too kindly to people having blue lights on thier cars hehe .... so have it on a seperate swich so if ya see any cops ya can swich em off

ok. run a wire from the battery to switch. make sure u have a fuse. then from the switch connect both red wires to it. and the make a good ground with the black wires and that should be it.

what do u mean a fuse.....on mine each light has 2 wires a black and a white

ok so your whites will the red i spoke of. a fues is an device that will blow up instead of your light when the is a power surge. u have fuses under your streeting colume

i went outside and tryied doin it and sparks were shootin everywhere from the wire and the switch y is this where would i hook the fuse at

yah? umm. make sure that u ground the lights first. and make sure u use a fuse

this is exaclty why i get harassed every dya for owning a honda. dont put those p.o.s. on you car!! they are a fire hazard.... i mean come on APC? APC sux ass but hell do what ever, i saw and exhaust tip that lights up, why dont you go ahead and buy that?

And here is a link to a how to I did on my foglight install, pretty much uses the same principles as wiring up your leds. Good luck and lemme know if you got any more questions.
