2003 F150 oil requirment
I am changing my oil for the first time and do not know how much oil is needed because I don't have a owners manual. Can anyone help?

According to the info i have, it takes 6 qts(including filter) , for the 4.2 , 4.6, and the 5.4 . They recommend 5W20 .
