89 cougar leaks when it rains
my 89 cougar has a drip down by the brake pedal when it rains. I have had the windshield tested by the local glass shop for leaks but they said it is tight with no leaks. Does anyone here have any ideas what to check next, is there a cowling drain hole that could be plugged, it does have water run out after a storm when I move it for the first time.
