Question 1992 Ford Taurus fuel problem ?

Hey Guys
My friend has a 1992 Ford Taurus with a 3.0 Automatic Ran good and parked in the garage overnight went to start in the morning and it would crank but not start. I had him crank it spark seems good then I had him just turn on the key no sound from the pump Checked the shutoff switch in the trunk not popped Any ideas I am thinking the fuel pump it has been very warm in our area and I know that can affect the fuel pumps on the taurus Thanks for all the help I have gotten here

You need to put a fuel pressure gauge on it and conduct a key on test and a leakdown test.

since your not hearing the pump, just check to make sure your getting power to it when the key is on.. if you got no juice replace the fuel pump... its a ninety-two, so it's no surprise.
