Bonneville clunking noise

Bonneville clunking noise My 92 is acting up again , When i hit bumps or turn left i hear a loud clunking noise from the passenger side rear , it sounds like it is gonna jump through the car . So i am thinking it is the rear strut . I hope it is cause i gotta fix it today . Also the rear sway bar on the passenger side has rusted away from the frame so maybe that is it ?
HELP
