2000 5.0L coolant leak from intake manifold?

I have a slow drip coming off the base of the thermostat housing. I replaced the housing gasket, after cleaning all surfaces very well, and thermostat and used some Permatex sealer specific for water pump gaskets. The drip continued at the same pace. I also put a litte sealer around the hose connections too. This leads me to conclude it is coming from the intake manifold or the head gasket on the passenger side. The oil has no signs of coolant contamination and the exhaust has not changed colors.
What am I looking at? Where can I find a procedure for replacing the leak? There is lot of components to take off to get to the leak and the last car I worked on was a 66 Mustang. The 5.0L with fuel injection is slightly more complicated.
