remove it from underneath the car. or if you have a long extension, you MIGHT be able to get at it from up top. jack up the motor (to take the weight off the front mount) from the oil pan, but make sure to put a piece of wood between the jack and the oil pan so you don't dent it. then remove the horizontal bolt (bolt + lock nut) going through the mount. then remove the 3 bolts holding the mount to the chassis.
