93 PA "change oil soon" light

how do i reset it?

IIRC, 1993 was the last year of the reset under the passenger side dash. Look at the sound insulator above the passenger floor-well and you will see a small hole in the front side. Turn the ignition on, then use a small object such as a Phillips head screwdriver, to insert in the hole. There is a button behind the hole. Push in and hold the button until the “change oil soon” light on the upper dash, flashes two times. At this point, it is reset.
