because the GT spec is huge!...3.74inch piping. not everyone with a 240 has a turbo or engine swap...you dont want that huge exhaust with an NA car. it would be very very loud. with a turbo car, i would choose the gtspec...with an NA car, i'd get n1(actually i would never get n1, but those were the only 2 options...in reality, i'd get apexi n1 duals for an NA 240).

You would lose lots of torque w/the GT Spec on NA since there's no backpressure...and losing torque on the KA's is a very BAD thing to do since you lose your trump card over the Honda boys...most you should ever use NA only wise on KA's is 2.50 inch piping

GP Spec all the way~
Whats funny is that the GP-Sports exhaust has a dual, its called the Spec-R and its tight. Again the GP-Sports exhaust is ment for the SR20DET its a J-spec company! lol but anyways, I even had an APEX'i 80mm I believe, and I have a straight Down pipe, and it still wasnt that loud. Lol and my friend bought an Spec-D for his FC-3, and still with his Cat, he Threw Fireballs! after Fireballs! Dude, the GP Specs are tight, much less they got Tight Titanium!

the N1 dual is designed for the SR20DET. so it was designed for turbo engines. it just happens to work well with n/a applications too. this is becasue the N1 dual uses 2 smaller piping to make one big overall diamater. so you still get some backpressure, but still flows really well with a turbo. remmeber, no exhuast from japan is designed for the KA realy. they're all for the SR20DET's since everywhere else in the world has them.

well what hes sayin is that, with that exhuast that hes talkin about even with a straight down pipe, its still not htat loud. also, for you guys who don't know much about RX-7's, the second gens are called FC3S. so he was referring to a second gen rx-7 that his boy has, now if you also know about rotary's, they like to run extremely rich. the richer the better. since they have no valves, on the exhuast stroke of the motor, if you take out the CAT, on a stock 3rd gen, (FD-3S) it will spit flames out. now that his friend is talkin about a 2nd gen that has been work on, even with a cat, his FC still spits flames out when he shifts, or revs. cuase theres no valves to stop the flames from goin out of the exhuast ports.
