Rack and Pinion

I've got a 05 3.5L 4x4 Colorado LS and was wondering if anyone knew where to get a good aftermarket or rebuilt rack and pinion for as cheap as possible. Any help would be much appreciated. Also if someone know where to get the frame cross member that it mounts to you would be god to me right now.
