CELM & EVOLUTION IMPORTS being sued in FL.

Celm, the "Importer" from "Evolution Imports LLC" is being sued in Florida, where "Evolution Imports LLC" is based. I recieved this email shortly asking me to post it.

There was also a link to another "arguement" on AF about him http://www.automotiveforums.co....html which if you were thinking of using them, you'll find all kind of useful information to disuade you. The most interesting of such is this:

I came across some new information anyone interested in purchasing from Evolution Imports should be aware of. Thanks to Senor Info from EvolutionM for the assistance and documents.
Evolution Imports was originally Evolution Motors Limited, Inc.
Same PO Box based business from Orlando, FL, and Adam Burdette, with the following associated addresses:
1255 Belle Ave Suite 176, Winter Springs FL, 32780 407-688-1324
1521 Sunnyside Drive, Maitland, Fl 32751
Now the best part, Evolution Motors Limited became Evolution Imports, LLC on 20th June, 2002. Evolution Imports is a FOREIGN BASED business! Registered and based from the Island of Nevis in the Caribbean: Evolution Imports - Nevis
Now there's not only the issue of claiming against an LLC if the deal goes bad.
With this scheme if you want to sue the LLC, it must be done in Nevis under Nevis law which means you need a lawyer that's a Nevis citizen, the suit must be filed within 12 months of the "event," and you need to deposit a $25,000 bond with the court.
The same day Evolution Imports applied for a Foreign Limited Liability Company business license in the State of Florida which I had linked to in a previous post: Evolution Imports - Florida Foreign License

What I didn't notice, is... 1 it's a foreign company license. 2 it was revoked on Sep 26, 2003 for failing to file the required annual report.
Now, here are all the names associated with Evolution Imports:
Adam Burdette
JoAnne Simmons
Frank Mendola
And the addresses:
309 Rachelle Ave, Suite 634, Sanford, FL 32771
(Actually Apartment 634, not a business suite)
322 East Central Blvd, Unit 1713, Orlando, FL 32808
And now 403 flomich street, suite 100, Holly Hills, Fl
So that makes six different addresses, unsatisfactory BBB rating and a revoked Florida FOREIGN business license for a "credible importer."

His partner Adam Burdette was also arrested in connection with the theft of some **** but never the less they are some crooked ****ers out there and i hope they will or have grown up, if this not good enough i have more to contribute just let me know
