1st Gen Integra Lip

Put one on my car. Only took a lil trimming near the wheels

Edit: Lip is from an 86-87 teg, the 88-89 had a different one. even though i got mine off an 89, the bumper was replaced with an 87 bumper, when it was wrecked.

THAT LOOKS AMAZING 88CIVICDX could that lip fit a 90-91 bumper, and what year is a first gen teg?

it should, bolts up in same place an SI lip would. Only 2 holes were off so i didnt use em, also you have to make a hole for the side bolt, cause there is not one that'll reach that one. 1st gen tegs are 86?-89. I got mine off an 89

EDIT: Bumper on friends 89 teg was from an 86-87 integra, 2 different lips one for 86-87 one for 88-89

yo, i wonder if we can custom fabricate something for the rear....... hmm..... i am thinking now........ i am gonna pick up a 1st gen teg lip and try and fit it on the rear..... i dont know how i am gonna do this... but i'll figure it out

Well, here is what i had in mind, since the Lip is FLAT, and the back is flat, it will fit like the stock SI lip... and it will be longer so what i gotta do is cut it where the opening is gonna be for the exhaust tip, and then cut the other side to fit and then screw it in with some self tapping screws...... if it doesnt work, o well..... how much did you buy that lip for? so i know how much to spend at a junkyard, or i can just take it off this 1st gen teg thats sitting at my shcool that i swear never moves.......

i bought it off a friend for $5, off his teg he doesnt drive anymore.

Dude, you did a really nice job on that. Mad props. Im off to the junkyard this week to get a 3rd gen teg console, now I can add that to my shopping list.

that looks awesome, I was gonna get the Si lip but that one looks amazing on there. Did all the 1st gen tegs come with those or was it just the two doors or like the deluxe model or whatever. Damn man, i need to go the junkyard now.

hey nice job dood!!!

my car took a nice crash not too long ago and i had to put a 92 civic front bumper on it ..took some cutting here and their but it looks like it should work with a little bondo and fiber glass......

they should be on all models unless someone took it. my friends teg was an RS which was the lowest model.

This guy at my school tried to put on a 5th gen bumper on his CRX, he now has a BC kit, but look at how his car looked before the kit!!! :apuke:
