91 Regal 3.8 won't start, but idles.

Hello ! I have a 91 Buick Regal 3.8 152K wont start but it rev's up when you turn the key, then it dies, i disconnected the MAF and it starts and idles fine, but won't rev at all, if you try to give it gas it dies. replaced MAF, same problem with new MAF. Replaced Idle Air control valve, same issue, replaced Throttle position sensor, same issue. Checked for cracked vacuum lines, found none. Ran Fuel injector cleaner through it at an idle for 1 hour. no help with MAF connnected, but still idled fine with it disconnected. It acts like it's not getting any air, if you pump the gas it'l backfire a little. about 6 months ago a mechanic said the coil pack was bad, because it was hard to start after the engine was hot, and would only start on cold days. but it starts fine without the MAF connected, but only idles.
Any Help is appreciated.

Re: 91 Regal 3.8 won't start, but idles.

sounds like a fuel problem... get a fuel gauge and check the fuel pressure

possibly:
fuel pump
fuel filter
fuel pressure regulator
clogged injector
computer issue

could also be

throttle position sensor
clogged catalytic converter
bad plug wires
bad plug
coils -like u said

try to narrow it down more, first thing i'd do is check the fuel pressure at the shrader valve
