Making of Honda CB400SF

Hello every one,
Started Aoshima 1:12 HONDA CB400 Super Four.

Painted tank and tailcowl Finisher's Pure White.


Masking...


Painted Finisher's Sparkling blue. I made the tank gradation in bright blue metallic.



Made emblem decals.


Also painted wheels and frame Sparkling Blue.

Nice work so far.Very neat masking job on the tank and tail cowl and very nice home made Honda logo's.

Slow progress...
but here are update pics.

Repainted the tank. 'cause I didn't like the shape of blue area.


Put putty on back of swing arm. painted it Finisher's Fine Silver.



Brake rotors and gear/chain parts. rotors are painted black/silver.


Mounted engine on frame.



Exhaust system. painted it just same as my last model GPZ900R.
painted clear blue and purple by low air pressure.

Looks great.Love the tank colours.Amazingly clean finish on the chain and brakes and nice shading on the exhaust as well.
