Autoxray 6000 Scanner....Cam Retard???

Trying to find out if anyone has used a Autoxray 6000 scanner to read cam retard or cam offset on a 96-98 Silverado. My scanner does not show anything about the cam setting, degrees, etc. I have the enhanced Gm Software on it. Latest version of code on it.
Thanks,
