Want cut-outs for Z06 Titanium Exhaust System

I have a 2002 Z06 Corvette with Titanium exhaust. I am looking for a way to install "cut-outs' under the car toward the rear, but cannot find anyone who can do this for me. The muffler shops I have contacted say they cannot weld titanium, so there is no way for me to have cut-outs installed.

Any ideas or suggestions, other than changing my whole exhaust system to stainless steel?
