Please Help!

[Dub 1.8T]

I have a 01 Golf 1.8T I had problems with cylinder 2 and cylinder 3 coils which I replaced, shortly after replacing cylinder 3 my check engine light was back on, had it scanned it says cylinder 1 2 and 4 were misfiring, which makes no since why would cylinder 2 be misfiring if I just changed the coil. (other then spark plugs) My car was running funny again today my EPC light came on so had it checked again, now its codes P0301 P0302 P0303 P0304 so now all four cylinders are misfiring, and from the looks of the sparkplugs they are burning hot, which means my car is running lean? What would cause this? I have no idea what to do in this situation and I do not have the money to take it to the shop, any information/help/suggestions would be so helpful right now! I'am extremely frustrated!
