engine block drain plug location?

I have a 1998 2.7 I want to flush the coolant but I can't find the drain plug on the engine.The drawing in the chilton manual is useless.If anyone can explain where it is would be great.

The drain plug is on the lower right front of the engine. look for a 14mm bolt in the lower right front of the engine.
