I have mine since March.
I think, by far, it is the best Caddy I have owned. (I have had 5 in the past 12 year's). If I could do one thing different though, with respect to this car, it would be more wood in the cabin.
(Vouge Tyre makes a nice aftermarket kit.) Good luck and enjoy!

Nice to here you got a Cadillac. More wood would be great for those cars.

It's really weird. A lot of cheaper cars are using a lot of cheap looking wood grain and the more expensive manufacturers are only using a little great looking wood grain. I am not a huge fan of a lot of wood in a car, but I guess Caddies can use a little more...

if you look at the "traditional" model's there is a nice amount of wood inside. My understanding is in order to create a European feel, Caddy felt less wood would be better. (it also kept the price down)
I've heard that the 04 model will have more wood.

The 04 models will have more wood. Cadillac felt that people will like more wood grain. Personally i wouldn't care if It had more or less. It's still a Caddy.

Bought a red garnet model CTS with neutral upholstry and dark pewter dash. Auto transmission. Thats it, no other options. Looks sweet. Nick-named her princess. Only spent 33k and change but it LOOKS LIKE A MILLION BUCKS. I have only had it since Jan 31 so I am still taking it out in the evenings for short rides. It cost me my joint savings account but I love my cadillac touring sedan. (cts) Ang
