i need to know the offset of a 96 honda civic hatchback?

Welcome to the AF euro forum.

The offset of a '96 hb is 42 for a 7" wide rim and 45 for a 7,5" wide rim. If you don't go to low, the offset doesn't matter that much and you'll be safe with anything above 40... (or 38)
