2003 Yukon not starting if fuel 1/4 tank or less

I bought a 2003 Yukon new from dealer and have had the same problem since day one that they just cannot seem to fix. From day one if I start the engine cold, as in the morning not zero temperature I'm in Atlanta, this thing will just not start if I have 1/4 of a tank or less of gas in it. It will work fine if I've been driving around and will start with gas levels all the way down, just not if it sits all night to cool off. The gas guage works fine, goes all the way up and all the way down. The dealers efforts in several attempts includes replacing the fuel pump, tuned it up, replaced fuel filter etc and they just don't know. Anyone have a way to help me get this working correctly? the dealer can't. (a solution besides trading for a Lexus, although after taking a cab to get gas this morning it is looking more and more like a viable option)

Sounds more like an automatic choke problem rather than fuel tank problem. My guess. Have you trouble shot with a manual?
