Re: Replacing rear rotor and brakes 2500hd
Rotors and pads are easy. Calipars are not too hard if you do not mind bleeding brakes. Are you sure you need to replace the calipars and rotors? Make sure it is not just the pads you need to replace.
You can try this link.. This tells you how to replace your drums with disk. May have some helpful tips. http://chevy.off-road.com/chevy/arti....jsp?id=200819 This one tells you how to replace the pads. http://www.automedia.com/Replacing_B...cr20050701bp/1 This one tells you how to replace the rotors http://www.automedia.com/Replacement...cr20050201rr/1 This on tells you how to replace the calipers http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/brak...kecalipers.htm

Re: Replacing rear rotor and brakes 2500hd
Thank you everyone for repling to this topic. I was informed that Rotor is shot as well as the caliper due to the sliders being messed up. I am going to do this Friday and we'll see how she goes.
