wideband questions

so im thinking about getting this wideband with the two outputs will it go to a gauge and to the ecu so i can log it with dsmlink?

Whether or not it works with a display depends on what they offer. I would check the main Innovative site and see what they have. I would assume that this is what the digital output (probably serial) is for. The LC1 does work with DSMlink, IIRC, you log it as the Techedge WBLinear.

would i have to plug the output from the wideband into the laptop directly or can i log it through the ecu just using the obd port cuz i really dont need anymore cables in my car lol

You can log it through the ECU, is this is by far the recomended method. This way the WBO2 trace shows right up with all your other data and lays over it, to scale. Works the balls.

You'll end up wiring it into the rear O2 sensor input at the ECU most likely. You can also use the MDP sensor input, but I believe I usually put the MAP sensor on that now.

It's not like Mitsu anticipated the developement of DSMlink and use of WBO2s, you'll be doing some wiring. The good news though is that it is only one wire. If you are like me and don't like permanent changes, you can just splice/tee it in rather than chop up the harness, as long as you don't plug the rear O2 into the connector of course. You can get the pin/wire location from the vfaq's 2g ECU pinout diagram.

Hey I really want to stream My AEM EUEGO WB02 ratio into my rear 02 inlet for the ecu so I can log it. However I don't know which wires to solder up to it. Does anyone know?

thanks then how do you set it up with dsmlink so it gives you A/F ratios?

you have to find it under the captured values and make the ecu capture it then under values(f4) pull it over so it displays with all the other stuff

well I get the readings off my wbo2 from rearo2 but Im getting it in RAWvoltage only how can I get it so it shows a ratio:1 ?????

It has a specific name check under AEMuego (or something close to that)instead of rear02 under captured values

Probably AEMguage (or similar) since you have the guage type. There are 3 IIRC, and they are all different.
