2001 expedition air suspension

my check suspension light is not on however the pump does not go on and the rear end of the truck is way low. i was told the pump probably burnt out, where is the pump, i looked and i think it is on the passenger side front right next to the wind shield washer fluid is that correct, thanks

Hello,you might want to check if the rear suspension sensor is still attached to the rear end . If that Sensor falls off the Metal ball a new pump still will not fix your problem. Peace,Gary

b4 buying a pump (worked at a ford dealer for 6 years and never had a bad one on an expy.) there is a relay for the pump mounted behind the front bumper. removed from mount and check to see if the back is cracked open from water contamination and corrosion - I replace a few a month for this.
