Question drivers side door switches

My window lock switch is stuck in the on position and I want to bypass it however I am afraid I am going to break something trying to take off the panel that holds the window switches, etc. I have tried to pry it up and broke one of the tabs off that hold it in, so I dont want to try anymore until I know for sure exactly how to get it off. Any help will be great? Do I have to take the whole door off? It doesn't seem like its just held in with tabs.

Thanks,
David

Re: drivers side door switches

"the left kick panel area" thats what i missed. so the jumping takes place in the kick panel and not under the switches? is that right?
