94 caprice digital speedometer

I just bought a 94 caprice and the digital seedometer stys on 0 does anybody know how to fix this problem and how.thanks redrddvl

it sounds like the speed sensor has gone bad OR come unplugged. my passat did that and it had just come unplugged.
