Exclamation Hopefully someone can help

Heya peoples,

For those of you who wished me luck on selling my car, thanks, I had decided if it didnt go for the reserve i had set, that i would just keep it and fix it up real nice and use it as a weekend car after all things were said and done. Well now i have a little problemo, my front left caliper has frozen and I need another one. The guys who changed my rotors and brakes not too long ago are being a$$holes about it and saying it was fine when they changed it. soooo, if anyone has one lets say, lying around, and would like to sell it to me at a good price, I would greatly appreciate it Thanks in advance, btw i need it ASAP so i can get to driving it again

Re: Hopefully someone can help

just check at some local junkyards. better yet, search www.car-part.com: its an online database of all the junkyards in the U.S. and you can search by specific parts (i.e. brake caliper). or i'm sure AutoZone or NAPA or whatever local parts store you have can get you one for cheap.

Re: Hopefully someone can help

i'm sure she wants a used NA caliper, not a NEW one from the dealer, nor a used one from on of your VR4s.

Re: Hopefully someone can help

used NA caliper? i though you only had 2 vr4s. didn't think you had an NA.

i've been around....AF that is, not the block....yet

i actually upgraded to TT front brakes a few weeks ago. i like the way i stop now! makes spirited driving a lot more fun when i can brake in a much shorter distance.
