Carb and computer mods?

I am looking to find out if there is any modifications that can be made to the computer ( programers or chip upgrades) from the stock setup. Next is there any tuning on the stock carb that can get the secondaries to open faster than the stock setup?
Once again any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hypertech USED to have chip upgrades, but I am not sure if they still do.

You DON'T want your secondaries to open any faster - the carb, by design, opens them as fast as the engine can handle. Any faster, and the engine will 'bog'.

Re: Carb and computer mods?

I know that there is a procedure for the monte carlos of the same year that would give the carb a little boost on the secondary side. I was just wondering if the same was true for the caprice?
Sorry For the mis-wording of what I was asking.
