blower only works on high
I have a 98 intrigue that has the 3.8 and the blower only works on high. It still blows AC and heat but none of the other fan settings work. What do i need to replace? I was told it was a realay, then somone said it was a resistor in the blower motor, then i was told to just replace the whole blower motor assy. Well, i am not going to throw parts at it, Any ideas? The blower motor seemed like it was a sealed one piece unit, if it were a resistor how would i change it? Or how do i fix what ever the problem is? Please help [email protected] Thanks

Ive seen this problem on here before, and the typical fix seems to be the blower motor resistor, Im unsure of the procedure and parts cost, but if you do some searching around on here for resistor you should find some good information.

Blower motor resistor pack is about $25 at NAPA. The pack is located behind the dash. Pull the center vents and find a contortionist with small hands.
Trust me.
