99 tranny problem

i bouth a 99 intrepid from car dealer with tranny problem cheap. engine sounds good 200,000 k on it have a 00 intrepid with bad engine but good tranny.The 99 has code 700 and 750 i change the two sensors still in limp mode 2nd gear only speedo works.Itook of tranny pan oil looks good but filter very dirty i hope it was mopar oil in it any way is it possible that the tranny was starving for oil or should i change other parts in tranny.

99 tranny forgot to say when the dealer took this car on trade it was working fine

Replace the speed sensors,a common problem with the 1998 and up transmissions.The 1998 and up transmissions do not go out and most yards do not sell them.It could be in the wiring or the computer.There is a seperate computer for the transmission.

thanx wafrederick i change the valve body cause code 750 not work untill i put computer of my other intrepid now i have all foreward gears no reverce,do u know how to reset tcm without going to dealer
