need to replace front brake pads on 2001 cavalier need help

I need help I am on vacation and my pads need to be replaced can anyone give me the steps on how to change them myself since It will be a arm and a leg here to have someone fix them for me.

ps i am going to auto zone to use their tools to fix them but need to know how

Re: need to replace front brake pads on 2001 cavalier need help

1)chock rear wheels
2)break lugs free
3)Jack up front of car in proper location
4) remove tire
5)3/8th allen wrench, remove 2 caliper bolts
6)Pop old pads out of the piston and slide outter off the face of caliper
7) Lube sliders pins ( caliper bolts)
8) add anti squal if you'd like
9) reverse install....

J-bodys are cake to do front brakes on.
