missing power

I drive a 1999 contour 2.0L i have had this car for 2 yrs with only minor problems but i have noticed lately it seems to have lost it's get up and go it seems to have no power when pulling away from a stop on hills (seems to almost stall out ) and doesn't seem to pull hills at crusing speed like it use to did a tune up and no change thank you for any helpful input you may have

Try changing the fuel filter. The 99-00's also have a fuel pump problem, that problem being that the pumps are turds. Fill up the tank and see if it helps the problem. If it gets worse as the fuel level decreases, its the pump.
