Re: Pagani Zonda S Roadster

you got the skills bro.
i like the contrast your getting the dark parts really make the car pop-out off of the white page
the two problems i allways had with shading/rendering in pencils was

1.) i am sooooo messy and i get fingerprints everywhere
2.) you get this kinda fuzzy shadding in the mid-tones
i found if you just use a tissue and rub it over certian areas
it blends it to a really smooth grat tone as opposed to splotchy pencil marks.

try it some time on a quick sketch i know it helped me alot! and keep up the good work

Thanks!

I actually tried using a tissue for that, but it was a little tricky for me as sometimes I would accidently smudge other areas as well and some parts are... well, too 'small' so I can't use the tissue. runaround

I found out that using a cotton butt (yeap.. the same ones you'd use to clean your ears ) works pretty well for small areas, though you have to replace them often and apply very steady pressure or some areas will get darker.

Regarding fingerprints... have you tried placing a piece of clean paper under the side of your hands as you work? No more fingerprints! XD

Re: Pagani Zonda S Roadster

Beautiful!

You have a very nice and clean drawing style. The only thing that is not excellent up to now are the ellipses on the wheels, but I guess you will know that yourself.

Keep it up!

Re: Pagani Zonda S Roadster

The Lambo looks sweet! One of the best tools I have found for wheels are the circle and eclipse makers you can buy at most art stores. They are usually green plastic and come with 15-30+ different size circles or eclipses (and different eclipse shapes) to trace...great for perfect rims and wheels every time

Re: Pagani Zonda S Roadster

The Lamborghini looks amazing! You've got what it takes to do Beatiful works! The Zonda it's also a good drawing, but i think you with that new pencils were testing it in the Zonda, the real show comes after when you know the tools you have! I am like that when i have new tools at first i test in a draw and i don´t car to much if its all ok but after them comes the show! Keep the good work! Regards!
