I have a '97 SC2 as well and I had the same question. The way to keep the wood trim is to get a standard Saturn CD player which can cost up to $500. Your best bet is to get a Kenwood reciever with Rockford Fosgate and Pioneer Speakers. You will only loose 1/2 or your wood trim (where the radio is) but the wood will stay by the Air Conditioning and the shifter. IF you wanted to, you could get wood frim Saturn which is an expensive option. It wouldcost $2,000 to get a new wook kit for your car.

Well I can't help you with your problem.
But you'd get more responses if you posted in a Saturn forum, or the car audio one. sarujin

Sony CDX-M620 , that is what I have , it's a great unit , and with the right installation kit you shouldn't lose any trim , I also have infinity 652i series , they are a direct bolt in to the factory speaker locations , no modifying anything. Here is the url for pics of my car , stereo and mods .
