audio system help
i am putting in a system in my 1998 Escort and am leaving the factory 6disc changer. I bought a converter but i am having trouble because i dont know how it works but if any one could help me it would be appreciated

It isn't really too clear exactly what assistance you require - it sounds as though maybe the kit wasn't specifically designed for the Escort or maybe you don't have the instructions for it?
Can I suggest that you try posting over at the dedicated car audio forum here on Automotive forums - include the kit manufacturer's brand name and model number if known, and maybe one of the audio enthusiasts over there will be familiar with it. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...play.php?f=675
