Need Advice Kicker Subs and Amp

Im thinking about getting 2 12" kicker L7's but i dont know what the best amp for these subs would be. does anyone have any suggestions on what i should hook these up to. If someone can tell me a good set up that envolves these subs just let me know. thanks

what is the impedance and how many voice coils ? I would get 2 subs that are dual 4 ohm, then wire everything in parallel. That will be a 1 ohm load, so get an amp that puts out peak out at 1 ohm (this will be a class D amp).

they are both dual 4 ohm subs. thanks for the information. what brand do you think would be the best? should i just stick with kicker for the amp too?

but if it was me, i would...
i would get (2) zx750.1 amps...

Digital Audio 3 ways. Best ive ever worked with.

well i listen to rap and rock mostly. i like overall sound but i want to actually hear the lyrics over my bass

kicker always have and more 'n likely will always be about spl.
just look at their tagline, "LIVING LOUD" or better yet visit their site:

the thing about spl subs is that they're engineered to be more responsive than sq subs, but in a shallower freq. range...
what this means to you is that you're going to need some really good speakers that can keep up and pick-up the slack, (cover the holes)...
