wont start sometimes.

hey guys my parents have a 1995 dodge ram van 9 passenger, 156,000 miles on it without a new transmission on it heres the prob. all the power stuff works but when i try 2 start the engine it most of the time clicks and i have 2 2 it alot 2 get it on. the engine light flashed 4 maybe 5 times any clue what that means. its a new battery, my parents and i thinks its a shot in the wires couse all the fuses r fine help me out here guys and girls.

A rebuilt unit is about $130.00 or so, depending on where you buy it. It's below the drivers feet, held in by two bolts and a couple of wires. You probably have enough clearance that you don't even have to jack the van up. Just remember to disconnect the negative battery cable before changing it so that you don't blow your electrical system.
